Neoprene Rubber Parts
CR has good heat resistance and oil resistance, and it is not easy to age under long-term exposure to sunlight, UV, ozone and other environments. Neoprene cable sheaths, seals, conveyor belts and other products produced by Jiangzhi are widely used in electrical equipment, railway tracks, transmission and other industries.

What is neoprene rubber?
Chloroprene rubber also known as neoprene, is a versatile elastomer with a fairly balanced overall physical properties. CR has good physical and mechanical properties, oil resistance, heat resistance, flame resistance, sunlight resistance, ozone resistance, acid and alkali resistance, chemical reagent resistance, high tensile strength and elongation, especially oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance excellent. However, it should be pointed out that CR has poor cold resistance and storage stability, and its mechanical properties are poor when subjected to high pressure in a chemical environment. Based on the characteristics of neoprene, it is often used in corrosion-resistant seals, rubber bushings, diaphragms, liners, and most of them are industrial products.

Advantage and Benefit of Neoprene
Weather Resistance
Neoprene has excellent weather resistance, and the service life of wires and cables produced by it can reach 20-30 years.
Ozone Resistant
The formula with high rubber content maintains the minimum elongation performance, which can improve the ozone resistance of neoprene rubber.
Heat Resistance
Neoprene has good heat resistance and is often used to manufacture products such as heat-resistant conveyor belts, hoses and rubber rollers.
Resistance to Compression Set
When blending neoprene raw materials, as long as the formula is proper, neoprene products with excellent compression set resistance can be produced.
Flame Retardancy
Neoprene is non-flammable and is often used as a flame-resistant rubber product.
Applications of Neoprene Rubber
- Wire And Cable Industry: electric wire, electric cable, cable protective cover, wire waterproof cap;
- Construction Industry: bridge bearing pad, construction seal gasket, waterproof material;
- Transmission: heat resistant conveyor belt, seal gasket.
