Nitrile Rubber Parts
Nitrile rubber is a synthetic rubber material with excellent oil resistance and wear resistance. It is widely used in various oil-resistant rubber products. Jiangzhi has produced many types of NBR gaskets, oil-resistant washers, bushing, etc.

What is Nitrile rubber?
Nitrile rubber, referred to as NBR, also known as neoprene rubber, is a synthetic rubber that is mainly used to manufacture oil-resistant rubber products. Acrylonitrile is one of the important components, the more the content of acrylonitrile, the better the oil resistance, but the cold resistance response decreases. NBR products can be used for a long time in the air at 120°C or in the oil at 150°C. Because of its good water resistance, air tightness and excellent bonding performance, it is widely used in the manufacture of various oil-resistant rubber products, and it is an indispensable elastic material in industries such as automobiles, aviation, petroleum, and printing.
